General instructions for handling your data

b) Upon registration

With the simple registration, your e-mail address and password, which you enter yourself, are collected and saved.

The data processing takes place acc. Art.6 Abs.1 lit.a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent.

c) By using our contact form on the page Contact

On our website, if you have any questions, we can offer you the possibility to contact us via a form provided on the website.

For this purpose, you will be asked for your last name and your e-mail address and stored by us and, if necessary, forwarded to our respective local operational partner.

This is done so that we and our local partners know who the message came from and can answer your inquiries.

The data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO based on your voluntarily granted consent.

d) At a viewing request

On our website you have the opportunity to request a viewing appointment. This requires your last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. Optionally, the first name and the move date can also be specified. The data is stored by us and forwarded to our local partner removal company.

This is done so that we know who the message came from and can answer your inquiries. The data is forwarded to the operative partner in order to ask whether the viewing is possible, ie to carry out your request.

e) When requesting boxes by a company

Company is it possible to request a quote for pit rental. For this, the name of the company, first and last name, old and new address, e-mail address and telephone as well as the desired dates for delivery and pickup must be specified.

The processing of data for the purpose of requesting deliveries of boxes takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO based on your voluntarily granted consent

f) When booking

If you book one of our products, the following data will be collected, processed and, if necessary, saved, and forwarded to the responsible operative partner for fulfillment of the contract:

  • Username and password if the user has registered
  • Salutation, first and last name,
  • Old and new address,
  • E-mail address, telephone number
  • Billing address
  • possibly bank details (depending on the billing method) as well
  • all specified object data

The data processing for the purpose of the booking takes place according to Art.6 Abs.1 lit. b DSGVO for the fulfillment of the contract.

In addition, part of this data is used to improve our offerings. The legal basis for this is Art.6 lit.f DSGVO

3.Cookies

We would like to inform you that we use so-called cookies in the scope described below.
On the one hand, we send you so-called persistent cookies, with the help of which we write down the application criteria entered by you in our database and save them for our internal evaluations. We would like to use the data collected in this way – of course anonymously – to better tailor our offer to the needs of our customers. If you want to stop this, you can do so by disabling the cookie (see below). The deactivation has no influence on the availability or illustration of our site.
